Tristan~
"Tristan" I will be loved forever by Nancy and Danny New Jersey

Hi Susan,
We got home last night at 10:30. Traffic was a bear, but Tristan was a
prince. He handled it much better than we did, ha! Anyway, he slept, we
stopped and let him eat, drink, play and piddle, and he went back to sleep.
He is such a wonderful little guy, sweet, affectionate, full of energy, and he
listens to us already. My son and his girlfriend came over to see him at
midnight! They couldn't wait. Tristan was so happy to see more people,
greeted them with sloppy kisses and ran around in the back yard with them.
His tail was going 100 miles an hour with delight! When he ran out of gas, I
put him in his crate and he slept the entire night without a whimper. He was
awake when I woke up, buy stayed quietly in his crate until I took him
outside. fed and watered him. He is so inquisitive, chasing butterflies and
jumping over the 2 inch blades of grass, as though they were hurdles, ha!
What a great little guy. He is more than I could have imagined or hoped
for. Our other two dogs, Sophie and Simon, don't know what to make of
him yet, but are quietly observing him, sniffing and smelling. I know they'll
be great friends as soon as Tristan gets a little older. I just wanted to say,
how blessed we feel to have met you and your husband, and of course that
God has blessed us with Tristan. I will send pictures soon, as soon as he
sits still long enough for us to get some, hehe! Love, Nancy

My new friend, Sophie, taking a nap on the couch. I can't wait til I'm big enough to jump up there too!

This is my new friend, Simon~ He loves to have his belly rubbed.

Mommy says I'm too pretty to be a boy. What's pretty???

Just a short note, Sue to say hello, and to let you know that Tristan is thriving. He is
getting so big already and he loves his baths. He is such a happy little guy and such a
pleasure to be around. We walk the yard together, and I have started walking him on
a leash. He does pretty well and doesn't bite it so much anymore. We just go about a
block before he gets tired. He sleeps the night through in his crate, and doesn't even
cry in the morning. He waits and I take him out for his morning "ritual" of pee and
poop. He is due for his second shots and then his grooming. I don't envy the groomer,
although if he is tired, he will let you do almost anything to him. It's a great time to
clean his ears.
Instead of just watching the birdies, now he tries to catch them. He stares them down
and takes off a hundred miles an hour, hasn't gotten one yet, though he doesn't stop
trying. There is also a pesky little chipmunk that he's after, ha ha. Just wanted you to
know that we are so thankful to you and God every day for this little blessing. Love
to all, Nancy

Sue,
Hope all is fine with you as it is here in New Jersey. We took Tristan to
his second vet visit today, and they are all so in love with him, and he is
in love with everybody. I asked him to sit in the vet's office and she
said, "I will be really impressed if he sits in here," and he did!T Such a
great disposition. He is absolutely 100% healthy and thriving. He weighs
a little over 12 pounds now, getting bigger and more beautiful every
day. So, he is caught up on his shots and will be groomed within the
next week. He actually likes to get his ears cleaned! He didn't sleep in
his crate last night, he slept in his new bed. I think he is completely
potty trained, as he didn't have any accidents through the night. He can
go down the stairs now, and out the doggy door. He also can sit on
command, fetches, stays and gives paw as well, so smart and eager to
please. I will send you his pictures after his grooming. We love him so
much, and love you for allowing us to have this precious puppy. Love
to all, Nancy
I absolutely love the slide show. It warms my heart to see all of the beautiful faces, including yours. I sat Tristan on my lap while watching it and he was spellbound. The Christmas one is especially beautiful, I watched it several times and teared up when I first saw it. You did a great job, and the puppies are glorious. I have to tell you, Tristan loves apples, carrots, and a little potato. I made some homemade chicken soup. I took out the cooked carrots and a little potato, and put them in his puppy chow, he took a taste, and looked at me with those beautiful wide eyes and licked my face! Sophie loves apples, so I cut a few slivers up for her to share with Tristan. He gobbled it up. I swear this puppy smiles..especially when he does something that he is proud of. I also baked a soup bone, you know the marrow ones, I always bake them for Sophie and Simon, and gave Tristan a little one this time. They don't splinter and are so good for the teething. He chewed on that for hours, and finally fell asleep, wearing himself out, so funny. I will keep in touch. Take good care of yourself, you are precious and a blessing to all your beautiful puppies and the families that are blessed to be able to have one. Love, Nancy

Sue, Just a couple of pictures of the little guy. He is 17 pounds now. It's his
second grooming session, just a trim. The first time he was so busy, the groomer
had a hard time keeping him from kissing her face, lol. So this time she said he
was sooo good, he got a big "doggie ghost cookie" which he gobbled down (after
sharing with his brother and sister of course). He is also so good in the car. He sits
so nice in the front passenger side, straight up looking out the window at squirrels,
birds, clouds, people, just everything. He doesn't try to drive or interfere with my
driving. Then he lies down on the seat and sleeps. What a treasure we have found.
Thanks again for him.Danny, my husband says he is the best behaved dog out of
the three that we have and he's still a puppy! He responds to hand gestures for sit,
stay and so on without even a spoken word. Love to you and all of your new little
charges with more to come. I marvel at you every time I look at your site. It is
more beautiful each time I look at it. PS I have also voted for your site about a
hundred times--you sure deserve it as your site is the most beautiful. Have a
blessed Thanksgiving NANCY
Sue,
Just thinking about you today and thought I would send a picture of
Tristan. He will be one soon and I will send you pictures of his "birthday
party." My niece was born the same time, so we're having a combined
pool party. Tristan goes for grooming again in a week. I decided to keep
him short for the summer, it was so hot for a couple of days, and his coat,
as you told me, is very heavy. So, for the summer he will have a "crew
cut, or puppy cut," ha ha. He is a precious little guy...loves his groomer,
loves everyone man and beast. He chases squirrels, chipmunks, and
moonbeams. He loves his walks with his brother and sister and we just
love him so much. Can't wait to see the pictures of Tic Tac and Flower's
pups...they're going to be great. Congratulations on all of the happy
events in your life with your children..a mark of extraordinary parenting.
Love to you all, Nancy
